I has the pleasure to help a customer over the phone this afternoon, his wife had their alarm serviced by another company recently, which there were not happy with. After they had a new router they could not connect their alarm to the HKC SecureComm App. 20 minutes later talking the customer through some button pressing and a few other tricks we won't talk about the alarm is back running as its meant too and connecting to the secure server again. I will be making a visit in the few months to replace all the batteries and test it fully.
